I ordered a \$13,000 door from this company 3 years ago. Every winter the 20 beveled glass panes fog up. The company came and took the door back to upstate NY twice to fix it and apparently cannot as I have had a piece of plywood on the front of my house for 8 weeks now and no access via my front entry. The company does not return calls and my \$3 million dollar house looks like crap. Do not order anything from this company!
