My husband and I shopped around for quite some time before we purchased our hot tub. We looked in town and out of town. The information that we obtained from Chautauqua Pools is what really sold us. They really know their products and their service was outstanding. We have referred many friends and family to them. So happy with our hot tub!
This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with! I've been waiting six months now for my new pool equipment and liner installation. It took five months to even get a liner in the pool and the gaskets for the skimmer box and jets are still not installed. The equipment I purchased four months ago is still MIA and for all I know he never really ordered. Save you money and time and stay away from this company. I've had to take it upon myself to hire a different company to fix this guys mistakes and get my pool equipment.
Ordered a tot tub - had wonderful service, fast delivery - clean set up. I highly recommend Chautauqua Pools!!
