Worst place ever to be honest don’t care about their patients or their well being all their care about is your money and themselves can’t even get an appointment without having to jump through a million hoops and still don’t get one and I haven’t been able to get any of my medications for months they always just make the same excuse so I I have to do die for them to realize that maybe they should of gave me my meds then maybe they’ll actually care but probably still not so.
Literally cannot answer the phone they put you on hold before you can say anything I will be switching doctors
If I could give a 0 I would. I called over 15 times and the receptionist says she’ll have someone call back or that she let the doctors know and nothing was done. Need some new receptionist honestly. Only good thing I can say about that place is nurses and doctors are great.
I called today on 9/9/2025 at around 11:15am: Me: "Hello, I'm a potential new patient calling with a couple questions. I was wondering if you could tell me if your office has any fees for missed appointments or cancellations?" This place is locally known for rude Doctors. Actually told my girlfriend that they "don't deal with sick people". Stay far away from this place if possible.
