If I could give a 0 I would. I called over 15 times and the receptionist says she’ll have someone call back or that she let the doctors know and nothing was done. Need some new receptionist honestly. Only good thing I can say about that place is nurses and doctors are great.
I called today on 9/9/2025 at around 11:15am: Me: "Hello, I'm a potential new patient calling with a couple questions. I was wondering if you could tell me if your office has any fees for missed appointments or cancellations?" This place is locally known for rude Doctors. Actually told my girlfriend that they "don't deal with sick people". Stay far away from this place if possible.
They don't like to answer their phones been on hold for more than 20 minutes a time and there has been days I called 7 times before I got to schedule an appointment with them.
Prompt, courteous care. Knowledgeable staff. Easy access.
