I don't like that one lady who call me in the back room she very irritating when she see me other then that the eye doctor did a good job.
Good eye physician and nice people good service
Service was less than acceptable and when I got my glasses, they practically shoved me out the door. 44 years and I am getting my first pair of glasses (bifocals). Everything went well for the eye test, but a week later when I got my glasses, I told the lady that it was my first time getting glasses. She seemed nice and helpful at first, sat me down and handed me a card and told me that everything above the bifocal line should be blurry and everything below the line should be clear. Very nice staff, knowledgeable, fast process but not rushed or pushed off.
Nice enough folks. But as I see in other reviews they need to correct poor management policy. Blame the consumer for there inability to get the right script that works for me. In the 45 years I have been never told it's my fault. I was told all we do it transfer your exam! Script was weaker then the glasses I have been wearing for 7 years. But I don't know what I'm talking about. They couldn't even make the sunglasses I picked out. Evan tho they were exactly the same I already owned and Walmart made 7 years ago.
