RecommendedWe have worked with Mark to rent our rental for the last four times. We have found him to be very professional and he has found us excellent renters. He and his staff have been very helpful and we highly recommend him to others who want to rent a property.
Do not recommend. Rude, unprofessional service. Didn’t follow up with questions asked as he said he would and instead rented home to someone else and left a message on my voice mail a few days later. When we questioned what happened, Mark was curt and rude. The only thing decent about this situation was the administrative assistant, Lisa, who was always professional, courteous, and prompt with follow up. Lisa, Mark and the gang are professional, personable, and offer very accomodating services. Rent is reasonably priced, lawn services adequately done, and maintenance man, Tim, is fast and efficient. I highly recommend their rental services for all family sizes and needs.

Chautauqua4Rent has been awesome over the past year. We started renting 14 months ago and Mark was very patient with us while selecting a place to live. He showed us to a number of apartments until we finally selected the one that fit our needs. Mark and his staff have been very helpful, professional, and courteous. I thought I hired a professional . I completely remodeled my home in Celoron then my mom got sick and my dad needed me in Florida Do I hired Mark with Chautauqua4Rent in good faith to over see my property when I could not be there . Mark and his team have managed my properties for ten years. They do a great job. In the winter, Mark has been out in the middle of the night making sure that tenants have heat. He goes above and beyond. I recommend him highly.
Mark and his team are wonderful people to rent from. Apartments are well maintained. he establishes effective working relationships with tenets, willing to work with tenets when issues arise, and is prompt with returning calls. Mark effectively communication rules clearly explaining rental agreement.
