I went here once before to get my nails done a little over a year ago with a friend and loved my nails, they took there time and made them look very nice. I work for ARC and have a participant that loves having her nails painted, so I decided to take her out and get her a nice manicure. Things do change! Chausie's is under new management and ownership as of January 2013. Read the update comment, Scott corrected a situation and the patron was happy. Had a fake nails put on was very unhappy will not return
I called and made an appointment for a full set for Saturday at 1130, was in the chair at 1145. Left at 2pm. During the full set, 4 of the nails are straight... the rest are CLEARLY crooked. The acrilic he put on was think and eneven, to the point that the left side of each nail was built up I had to ask him to even them out. The majority of them were filled adding to the crooked. Worst nail salon ever!!! Bad attitudes All around, bad service, not to mention talking In their naive language all the time. Stay away!!!
Had an awful experience both times I've gone here. The first time was for a full set acrylic the guy who did them was rude and had zero people skills and kept telling me to relax when I wasn't tense at all and the following day my nails were already coming off after doing absolutely NOTHING!!!!!!! Second time was to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady was very rude kept complaining while doing the whole procedure and told me I needed to get my lip waxed. I was actually running errands all day and wanted a little me time.. I been here once before this time I was upset with my visit was not greeted kindly then when they did my feet I still had the calluses on by heels after I asked if they could scrub them so that they are smoother and even said I would pay more if extra charge after I dried my toes no one even acknowledge to check on me so overall won't be returning.
This place has said to be the be the place to go to for nails but I was not impressed at all I've been there 3 times once for a medi that didn't even last a day! It chiped off within hours. The guy who did them came off pretty rude when I had visted once again a few months later for a fill I recived the same guy I waited about 30 mins but they were very busy and I understood....but the fill job sucked!
