I love Indian food, I found Chauhan to be edgy, interesting, and delicious! If you are looking for traditional Indian you might be disappointed. However, if you are looking for a NEW spin on tradition....you have found it!!! I loved it!!! Everything but especially, the food!!!

By far the best Indian restaurant in the city. And only one I’ve seen in the US that offers fusion with western cuisine. The menu includes some great appetizers that are a twist on the typical western favorites - spicy crispy calamari, chicken cheese poutine, for instance. The main entree selection has a tandoori steak and couple more meat dishes, which you would never expect to find in a typical Indian restaurant.
