I cannot recommend Chau enough. If Jane and her team could cater every meal I eat for the rest of my life I would live happily ever after. I realized quickly that planning a wedding isn't inherently stressful - poor communication with vendors is stressful. I felt zero stress at each stage of working with Jane and her team. Jane and her team are very experienced with weddings. They not only provided great food and excellent service, but they also gave us a lot of wedding planning guidance. It was super easy to provide our input and communicate with her team. Highly recommend if you're looking for a wedding caterer!

I'm a Event Planner and this weekend I had the opportunity to work with the Chau Team at a friend's wedding. We had a buffet-style reception dinner with Pakora and Samosa appetizers. For dinner, there was a vermicelli slaw, rice, Chinese BBQ pork, roasted chicken, and Chinese broccoli. The food was fantastic! The food was delicious and very well balanced with flavour. Jane, Jasmeen, and the Chau Team were so professional and friendly. They were a dream to work with! I will definitely recommend them again!
