I highly recommend their services. In July, I hired Chau Toronto for a work event; we ordered food for 60 people. Chef Jane was always very friendly and adjusted the options several times to meet our needs and dietary restrictions, all while staying within our budget. As a non-profit organization, saving money is always a priority, so we greatly appreciated her support.
What more can we say besides "Chwow"? Actually, a lot. We reached out to Chau to cater our wedding and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Chef Jane sat down with us to customize our Filipino-Chinese menu, which was a mix of appetizers and a family-style dinner (brisket mechado, Hainanese chicken, lamb skewers, just to name a few--yum!). Jane and her team were an absolute dream to work with, from our very first tasting, the food was so phenomenal that we knew we had found our caterer. They listened to us and curated a menu that perfectly realized our vision. On the wedding day, Jane and her staff handled everything so flawlessly behind the scenes that we didn't have to worry about a single thing and could just enjoy our celebration. Jane was able to schedule a intro video meeting with us to discuss our preferences and her recommendations.
