Do not recommend moving here! Don't do it! They told me that they were cleaning the apartment so they extend my move in date 2 weeks out, when I move in, the apartment looked like they only vacuum it everything else was half a**. The washer and dry was dirty and filled with pet hair, my door knob looked like someone tried to break in to the apartment, I have to have them replaced the door. Do not recommend living here! Me and my boyfriend lived here for a year in a one bedroom apartment and it was terrible. First of all for a non-updated tiny apartment they are very over priced especially if you have ever been inside one of the two bedrooms which are much more updated and have newer appliances, carpeting, countertops etc. Also when we moved in our freezer was broken and the maintenance men came to "fix" it and said nothing was wrong with it when none of the food frozen. Trash The drain plug in the bathtub popped open and my 5 year old daughters hair got caught in it she almost drowned. I had to pull her hair out by force while she was submerged and choking. I saved her she made it so I called maintenance and they came out and “fixed it”. Next time I gave her a bath it popped again which luckily I made sure her head was at the other end. Awesome! Best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Patti from leasing is truly amazing! I moved out for a little over a year and decided to move back and she instantly knew who I was as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone at Chatwell club is so friendly and quick to do their job!! Thank you!!!
It is nice here and I like my apartment.it has a nice outdoor pool!the people are Pleasant!
I absolutely love my apartment! I was so apprehensive in the beginning because I had lived in my previous apartment community for five years. The office staff and maintenance men are very pleasant and personable. The manager Chuck is a great guy, very courteous and professional. Anytime you need something repaired, they come quickly and fix it right the first time. I am planning to eventually move to their townhouses!
Avoid at all cost!!! By far the worst apartment complex I have ever rented from. The neighbors and tenants are great!! No problem with the people living there, however the problem lies with the workers in the office. Horrible horrible money hungry employees that care about one thing and one thing only, MONEY!!! Maintenance never fixes anything reported through maintenance requests. The manager John is extremely arrogant and will tell you one thing then completely lie and say he never said that.
