I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do

I had the misfortune of having to call this doctor after-hours. What a mistake! I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and I was made to feel dumb, incompetent and bothersome . I knew that my situation needed attention, and was unsure how to proceed. My husband called an urgent care facility and they (utter strangers) were able to answer our questions completely and POLITELY!

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
