I have had the same unit for 17 years used to love this place! Since new ownership they have broken into my unit took my locks off replaced them with theirs my unit was paid up for a year and could not access it! Still a year and a half later I’m forced to pay the bill but still can not get in my unit! Cheryl claims I just didn’t put my lock back on my unit! This team is extremely nice and good at helping people out. They are very understanding of situations that pop up and do their best to work with you so you don’t lose your personal belongings. Cheryl was extremely helpful to me. Thank you for all you do.
Ms. Cheryl is awesome. as I addressed the on-going issues I have been having with the storage account, she took each problem one at a time to ensure that what could be done was done. She was extremely helpful. The major issue is that since Chattooga Storage has gone with an outside source for rental accounting, instead of keeping it simple and having the due dates set up on the 1st of each month ( as I had had it with the actual company) they took it upon themselves to assign a different date that is impossible to pay by.
