Really nice and friendly staff and the hairstylist know exactly what he was doing. Very professional. Definitely visit this place again. We had our sons hair cut mullet style. He did it really good.

Update: The DM sent me to another location for a complimentary cut and the stylist at that location was able to make it look much better! I’ll add a star because they fixed it and take out the part about not returning to any location, I just won’t return to this location. I went in expecting to leave feeling fresh and confident. Instead, I left embarrassed. The haircut was bad enough that I had to go back for a correction because I couldn’t wear it the way it was. Update: They contacted me and offered another complimentary haircut after my hair has grown out a bit. I appreciate the offer, but I can’t spend the next few months with a haircut that makes me cry every time I try to style it. I’ll see if the second stylist can make it more wearable. If not, I’ll have to pay another stylist to fix it. I’ve gone to other Chatters locations over the past few years without any problems. After this experience, I won’t be going back to any of them.
