The haircut was amateur and I got the awful result. Had to book an appointment in another salon for correction right away
Hi everyone, I wish I could give them 0 stars I want to share my experience with this salon because I am very disappointed. I got my hair colored from jay and paid almost $300. The first time I went, I asked for a specific color, but they gave me a completely different color. I didn’t complain at that time because I had already spent the money, so I told myself I would wait for 3 months and then redo it. This place is absolutely terrible for haircuts. Good sales and stuff like that but just don't get your haircut here. My fiance just got her haircut there and she asked for just a wash and a basic trim two or 3 in. Well the lady just went to town on her hair. Decided to do her own thing and what she thinks would look best. On the spots where she only cut a little bit of hair. She cut over double what was asked. At least 8 in off and on some spots.
