cut hair too short, did not respect my wishes/ reference i provided
I got my hair cut here after being hesitant for so long to get it done, but this hair salon did not disappoint in the slightest. James listened to exactly what I wanted and I am very happy with how my hair turned out.

Usually see Ana and have such a good experience with her but Saw Leila for a bang trim and face framing recently and honestly had such a bad experience. She immediately started cutting without asking me my preference and did such a sloppy job. I felt her get a little annoyed when I would mention what I dislike and this is exactly why, choppy job and rushing to get me out of the chair. So glad I didn’t let her touch to rest of my hair.
Got my hair cut by James and it was by far the best haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life!! Thank you so much James 🥰
