I tried giving this place a second chance by booking another style/curl appointment. I have a wedding to attend to so i called and booked it and explained what i wanted. They said yeah not a problem. Two days before the appointment, they send me a reminder and to confirm the appointment. But it said It'll be a 15 minute appointment. Not used to leaving negative reviews, but… I called Chatters Hair Salon today to ask if they might have any availability for a haircut later today or as soon as possible. The person who answered the phone responded with a very blunt “I don’t know.” I clarified by asking, “So, there’s no availability for today?” and she replied (clearly annoyed) “I mean, no, obviously we’re booked for today.” I found the tone unnecessarily rude. this is the second time megan has helped me in this location she’s super sweet but doesn’t seem to understand how the computer system works. i asked if she put it on my account for an exchange and she just replied with “no completely forgot” and handed me the receipt without any solution. i realize i could’ve asked her to do it again but i had 0 faith in her ability to do so.

I wasn’t satisfied with the coloring i got yesterday. It seems to have no effect on my hair. And they never told me that they didn’t have the right equipment for dyeing hair.
