Hey Peeps. So much for a great day for a hair cut. They messed up big time here. You ask for a pixie cut and get a bad man's cut. There is no way to fix this. Even tho they tried and tried by cutting more and more off. I asked to leave at 40 minutes into my appointment but no they made me wait an hour and more. When I said I'm ready to go I need to go multiple times. No one listened. And all they did was kept cutting my hair. Had an amazing cut and service with Ervin today! As soon as I met him, I could tell we would vibe well. Before my appointment, I was sporting some unfortunate hair (post cancer regrowth mullet). Ervin’s consult made me feel like a million bucks, we discussed that we would do a moisturizing treatment and what would work best with my face shape (I was thinking pixie cut, but we decided to keep the length and add shape). Wonderful service - went in on a Saturday as a walk in and they got me in right away!! Maninder washed, cut, and styled my hair - she did an absolutely amazing job!!

Chantelle colored my hair today and did an amazing job. She got the color perfect and was very fast and knowledgeable. Will definitely come see her again!
