Disappointing experience overall. Water outage during my colour meant rinsing bleach next door in the middle of winter, and the final cut didn’t match the reference photos. I also experienced noticeable breakage afterward. Uncomfortable experience for a pricey service. This happened last year - just reminiscing about when I treated myself for my birthday Jan 2025
Jennifer has been cutting my hair for years now. She does a fantastic job and is always very welcoming, friendly, and professional. All of the other staff are very pleasant too. Definitely recommend
I always have a great experience with Yalda! She takes care of my hair and suggests what’s best based on my hair type. I leave the building with a great hair, great smile and a great conversation with her.

Had an amazing experience at Chatters salon! Zari is a very friendly and professional hairstylist that did an outstanding job with my haircut. Definitely coming back!
