I don't want to state the name of the girl doing my hair because she did a great job if it was what I wanted, so need to get her in trouble. The issue is I have a horrific time complaining about not getting what I want. This time I did call back a few days later and was told that after I had spent hundreds already to get my hair done (not colored the way i asked for) I would need to pay hundreds more to get it done again to get what I wanted to begin with. So, I decided to just walk in and get a regular haircut, nothing else. Mrs. Coleen takes me in and everything goes smoothly. Until she lifts my hair and sees I have curls…!!! The face she made was priceless, all I said was…Do what you think is right. OMG, I had no idea my hair could do what she has done. I have never been this happy with a haircut before. I was giggling like a school girl, so excited. This lady is a curl/wave whisperer!!! My hair didn’t look this good on my prom night!!! Thank you soooooo much!!! ❤️❤️❤️
