I feel bad writing a review but i would not return here :( i saw a “senior stylist” for a blow out and maybe she was having a bad day but it seemed i was really bothering her by being there.. my hair was not at all what i asked for and when i super politely corrected it she gave me really bad attitude and made me feel really bad for coming in. Disappointed with our experience at Chatters. We had an appointment booked for our baby's haircut and traveled from another city. Although we arrived late, there were still 15 minutes left in our appointment slot. The stylist was not welcoming and spoke rudely, saying she could only do a small trim. We understand being late affects scheduling, but better customer service and a kinder attitude would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, we left feeling unhappy with the experience.
