I went in with a picture of what I wanted and got nothing close to what I wanted.
A terrible experience to my wife. She got a haircut here and came home with sad and crying face. She asked for a certain length and hair stylist shortened the hairs a way short. She grew her hair over 3 years and today it's ruined. Also, that lady was rude for tip amount as well. She literally insulted her for tip amount.
