had a wonderful experience with Reagan,she is such a perfect, wonderful person and amazing at her work too! A few months ago, I went in for a bangs cut without even booking an appointment, and luckily I got Reagan as my stylist. She did such a great job that I decided to book an appointment again, almost six months later, for a long haircut. What can I say about her? She cares more for my hair than I do! I am so mad. I came a few months ago for the same haircut I always get, collarbone with face framing layers. No clue what happened, but I got hair nearly to my chin, completely uneven, and a strange jagged chunk just chopped off. So upset. I came twice to have it fixed, but at the end of the day all that can be done is growing it out along with the rest of my too short hair. It juts out strangely and looks so bad. I had a very bad experience with Rhoda today. Went in for a curly hair cut as my hair is curly and I specifically mentioned that I was looking for only a trim and layers on my hair that was way below my shoulders. Came back with extremely short hair that got straightened out when I have not been putting heat on my hair for almost 10 months now.
