I did my haircut yesterday with Safiya, she is BRILLIANT!! I chose a very specific haircut, she took the time to ask me questions and ensured that she completely understood what I wanted, and the results are magnificent!! Im sooo happy with my hair and she is definitely my go to hairstylist from now on
Safiya was quick and professional. We got some layers done and trimmed my bangs. I liked the final look right away, but decided to give it couple washes at home to see if it’s actually true. And it’s still fabulous! People complimenting me all the time. The only note is I found she was a bit rough while washing my hair, not relaxing at all, but maybe it’s just me.

Very disappointed with my experience just right now. This was my first time calling in to these salon,I called and got a walk in appointment. They gave us a time slot, and I specified on what service I wanted. Against my better judgement, I went there and unsurprisingly didn’t get my service such a waste of time. Poor management skills on their part, honestly. Never coming back.
Safiya is MY GIRL I used to have a slight fear of hairstylists but I genuinely trust this woman with my life (and my hair). Sometimes I drive 40 minutes down to Chatters just to have Safiya trim my bangs. She did an amazing job bleaching and toning my hair as well, and I can say this objectively as I get so many compliments on my hair at work and out in public.
