When I arrived, I was introduced to her, but instead of Sheila, another staff member ended up cutting my hair without any prior notice or consent. What was disappointing is that I could clearly see Sheila working with another client at the same time, yet I was later told that she was not feeling well and had to leave early, which did not match what I observed. I recently got my hair colored by Zara and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She really understood what I wanted and gave me the perfect blonde shade without any brassiness. My hair looks fresh, natural, and absolutely beautiful. She is professional, talented, and truly pays attention to detail. I definitely recommend her if you’re looking for someone who knows how to create gorgeous, seamless color. I will definitely be going back!
The staff were very welcoming when we walked in. I felt comfortable right away even though it was my first time there! Sonal cut my hair and she was amazing and recommended some products perfect for my hair! Will definitely be going back for my next haircut!
The worst service i ever get. I recommend not to go there. They don’t know how to style your hairs. They seriously destroyed my day.
