This is to do with the customer service with the front staff. I bought a conditioner that I didnt end up enjoying, I asked the team if I could do an exchange (didnt ask for a refund). They advised that without the receipt they couldn't do anything. I asked why they take my information when purchasing an item, they said so they can keep track of what I've bought. Short notice appointments are sometimes available. Stylists are skilled, attentive and listen to direction and will work to give you the cut you want. Shampoo and rinse part way through makes a lot of difference. My go-to salon when tommy guns isn't an option due to tommy guns lack of appointments.

I don’t know i’m not The kind of person to leave bad reviews, but my hair looks like nothing that I asked for. This was supposed to be my prom hair. I showed her a very easy reference piece and throughout the entire time I asked her please make sure that my hair is slicked back in the front by the end there was bumps and it does not look good whatsoever this was supposed to be my prom. reference pic on the left, my pic on the right. it’s two different things and it looks messy.

Honestly really wish I could give it better but I can’t recommend it at all. I went in asked if they could do something. They said they could. They could not. I left disappointed as what I had asked was for my hair to be left 4-5 inches on top. It was cut to 2 inches, not at all what I asked for. It was clear instructions I had & that couldn’t even be followed. As some of the other reviews say, for the price & expertise I expect more professionalism from the hairdresser. Went there asking for a trim and layers. Left with a gross ugly hair cut. Took to much off. She was also talking about lice and how it comes from reserves when kids go back to visit they bring it back to the city :/ . Mind you, I am also indigenous so I felt very weird. She did not talk to me much, she looked so grouchy and like she didn’t even want to do my hair. I felt unwanted in her chair. She also scratched my face when she was handling my hair.
