Will likely take me 5-6 months to grow out the Lord Farquaad massacre that Dianne gave me. Unfortunately a picture of what I wanted didn't help her. She even asked me how short I wanted it. She asked all the right questioned, but in the end...she just didn't stop cutting, and just kept going. I only wanted 2 1/2 inches off, but she took more like 6 inches. All this costed me $80 total. I'll just stick to cutting my own hair from now on.
The staff is super nice and accommodating. They have done wonders to my hair the past 6 months of coming here.
I got my hair cut by Samara a few weeks ago, I was so nervous to go short but she did an amazing job! She also waxed my brows afterwards which I loved! Will be going back :)
I had a fabulous experience with Juliane! She listened to me, was super attentive and cut my hair exactly how I wanted! Would not hesitate to recommend her.
My experience at this salon was very poor from the moment I walked into the salon. I waited for my appointment as my stylist “ Dianne” was very busy. From the moment I sat in the chair I was rushed , she didn’t run her fingers through my hair before she turned me around into the shampoo bowl and was asking what I wanted. I stated I wanted a trim with it all one length as my hair has a wave and texture and no layers.
