This is by far the worst salon I have ever been to. From start to finish, the experience was nothing but stressful, unprofessional, and downright unacceptable. When I booked my appointment, I specifically mentioned that I am a breastfeeding mom. The receptionist assured me they use ammonia-free products and promised to add a note to the specialist about my concerns. However, this assurance was far from reality. I came in for a haircut and Morgan was my first stylist. Unfortunately the cut was atrocious. I asked for long layers but my hair wasn't blended at all(see picture). Cost me 110 dollars (+tip) for this haircut but I was super disappointed. Hair wash was included, but it wasn't done properly, so it looked like i had 3 day-old greasy hair after I was done. Either the wash was done poorly or my hair had way too much product. But the main problem was my layers, or rather the lack of layers in my hair. It looked very 'step-like'.... read more
Karly did a great job. She spent time to understand what I wanted. She explained me each step and the time it was gonna take and made sure I was comfortable. The color turned out really good.
