I booked an appointment in May and showed up at the scheduled time but was to,d the stylist wouldn’t be in for an hour, so I shopped and returned at the new time and had a good hair cut. I booked an appointment in October and got a call the morning of my appointment to say the stylist had a previously scheduled appointment of her own to be at and they cancelled my haircut. I love Chatters. I had the best experience at the Bayshore location, Nataliya was my hairdresser and she’s fantastic 🤩 I will be coming back to her every-time!
This place is amazing! I've been here multiple times for both hair products and haircuts. I've always left incredibly satisfied
I asked one of the hairdressers there to do a dusting haircut for me… she’s like I don’t know what that is … I don’t understand how that woman is a hairdresser and why she’s hired in the first place when she doesn’t even know what a dusting haircut is
