I asked one of the hairdressers there to do a dusting haircut for me… she’s like I don’t know what that is … I don’t understand how that woman is a hairdresser and why she’s hired in the first place when she doesn’t even know what a dusting haircut is
Love my hair!! I forgot to ask the stylist’s name but she was so sweet and kind. Did the haircut exactly how i expected it to be and i am really happy with it.
I used to love stopping by at this store in the past but recently when I’ve gone in, the store just looks a mess and dirty. I believe it was the manager (Gabby I think her name was) I was talking to that didn’t seem like she knew what she was really talking about which is ridiculous because you need to have SOME product knowledge. I asked simple questions about products and she had to look almost everything up which I could’ve easily done myself…. This is the best salon ever. Everyone was so sweet and nice. The lady name Brandi did excellent hair cut.
My son asked for a trim of his curly hair. Asked to keep it long to grow out. The butcher proceeded to give him a near buzzcut. Horrendous service. I'm more frustrated that we paid.
