I went in here for a trim. Although I walked out feeling horrible. The whole time the hair dresser was cutting my hair, she kept commenting on my flaky scalp. I have psoriasis, and sometimes my flare ups are un controllable. I wanted my haircut to help with the flakes. It was mortifying, and I won't be back. I think your hairdressers should be aware of such conditions, and not to mock people for having them.

Terrible customer service and communication by hair stylist. I never leave bad reviews, but this was the weirdest and most awkward experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I booked a simple toner to retone my blonde highlights an ashy brown (I’ve had this done multiple times at other salons and never been questioned). I came into the salon and booked the day before. When I got there, she didn’t smile, didn’t say hi, just said “come on” and was clearly very annoyed. When explaining what I wanted, she rolled her eyes multiple time... read more
