Took my daughters in for haircuts and this was our first time at this salon. Debbie or Deb was very rude. When I let her know my daughter who is 12 was a little nervous about how much length to take off and if we could just start by taking half an inch, she had a rude look on her face held up her fingers to show a half inch and said “I’d really like to know what I’m doing as I don’t want to cut hair bit by bit, I don’t have time I have another client right after her.” To which I replied “yes that would be my other daughter i... read more

I went in here for a trim. Although I walked out feeling horrible. The whole time the hair dresser was cutting my hair, she kept commenting on my flaky scalp. I have psoriasis, and sometimes my flare ups are un controllable. I wanted my haircut to help with the flakes. It was mortifying, and I won't be back. I think your hairdressers should be aware of such conditions, and not to mock people for having them.
