So accommodating. My son and I were so happy with the care taken by our stylists and the friendly helpful front staff. Always a great experience:)
A stylist here blamed me for not liking the haircut. I had asked for a blunt bob and ended up with a traditional, round one. Both stylists who tried to fix it were rude/ passive aggressive. Both used texturizing scissors, which I despise because I have fine/straight hair. Now I have to wait to regain the length it took all summer to grow, and I won't be going back there.
The hairstylists my daughter and I had were very polite, sweet, and professional. They clearly know their work, and my stylist was especially gentle and courteous throughout the service. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a chance to get her name, but I really appreciated her professionalism and the care she took with my hair. My concern was more with the front desk experience. This location is definitely the better of the two! Stylist was really kind and made me feel relaxed. She was able to advise me well and did a good job on my hair. It looks a lot healthier and she listened to what I wanted. Great vibes
I honestly can’t say enough good things about Diana! I recently got my hair colour and cut done by her, and I absolutely LOVE how it turned out. She always takes her time, listens to exactly what you want, and makes sure everything is perfect before you leave. My entire family comes all the way from Niagara Falls to London just to get our hair done by Diana, and that says a lot about how much we trust her!
