If I could give 0 stars I would. I love the convenience of chatters, but unfortunately the last 2x I’ve went to the Masonville location I’ve had terrible experiences. The accountability of those 2 stylists is terrible. This past Sunday I went for a full head of foils. I booked with a stylist with lots of experience in hopes she knew what she was doing. Great experience overall. Maria did a really good job and I got exactly the haircut I asked for. I’d definitely come back.
Dianna did my hair, she was confident throughout the process and didnt hesitate trying. I have been to salons before and they wouldn’t offer lightning service to my hair because I have dark hair-box dyed hair etc. The results are satisfactory and she also helped me pick hair products suitable to my hair, checked discounts for me etc. Thank you Dianna and chatters for this beautiful balayage:)
0 stars!! They completely botched my friends hair and charged her over $400 for the services!! She had to pay another salon to fix it two days later (when these photos were taken), this was not natural grow out, this was horrible highlights! Super chunky, yellow, not close to the root. Her hair ends were almost silvery while the roots were still yellow because of how chatters toned it as well. When she emailed Chatters about everything they stopped replying to her! I've gone here a few times. The last two times I have walked out disappointed and the last time I couldn't get out fast enough. I went in for blonde highlights. We got the book out and I explained what I wanted and showed her and explained that I wanted full highlights as I have natural brown hair. She said great and that it would look good. I then am told she didn't want to do blond on me and that there's no way that my hair is that natural colour I told her I haven't had my hair coloured in 3 years and I chopped it all off... read more
