I came here to get bangs again for the first time since I was 7. I was super nervous and Phil was immediately so fun and so confident that I felt reassured he was going to do a great job! I showed him some inspo pics and I really appreciated that he was honest with me about what would and wouldn’t work with my hair instead of just blindly following what I want. All that’s to say I’m super thrilled with my hair and would recommend Phil and Chatters to anyone and would definitely return again!
I genuinely can’t say enough great things about Phil. He is so talented, knowledgeable and all around wonderful to be around the moment you get into his chair. He’s given my mom and I the best haircuts, I recommend going to him if you’re unsure of which hairstylist is for you!
Absolutely terrible experience. My relative went in for a simple haircut, and the stylist completely botched it — then had the nerve to laugh about it like it was some kind of joke. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s downright disrespectful. And top it all off, they charged them full price!!!! Pathetic.... If you don’t know how to cut hair properly, you shouldn’t be working in a salon. People spend their hard-earned money here expecting to leave looking better, not humiliated because someone can’t do their job. This place ... read more
