So Disappointed with this place. First picture is what I wanted and the second is what I got after 4 hours spent in the salon. Went there last week showed them the picture of what I want and specifically mentioned I don’t want to end up with red hair and the woman on the reception there promised me that it’s more than possible to get this result and after 4 hours being there I left with red hair. Very much enjoy coming here, great staff, clean, welcoming environment. I get my hair cut by Taylor B. She does a perfect job everytime. :)

I brought my daughter in for a cut to her shoulder blades simple enough. I had to show him 3 different times where to cut. He didn’t wet her hair at all, complete dry cut. Her hair was wavey , he didn’t wet it to straighten it like has been done here before. It was a horrible cut. He would ask me if this was ok that was okay. I told him he’s the hairdresser he should know . When he said he was done, I looked at it, the back was cut to where I asked, but the sides went way down.
