I booked my appointment at 3pm with Amy on Saturday 19th April. I was late for 20 minutes because of traffic. I was there at 3:21ish and receptionist told me that because you are late we are not allowed . That is our 15 minutes policy. WHEN I BOOKED THEY DIDNT MENTION THEIR 15 minutes policy on call NOT EVEN AFTER I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION MESSAGE. Pathetic customer service.

I have been there for red highlights(foiling) on my curly hair.my hair was really healthy cuz never done anything before on my hair.the stylist took 7 hours for foiling from 11am to 6pm.and did exactly opposite,what i asked for.they did global(over all hair like dye) hair color and bleached my hair for almost 2 hours. It's so damaged right now.i spent 230$. I canceled my trip just because my hair seems worst right now.i 'm almost crying while writing this. No one is ready to fix this now.
