Brought our daughter in for a simple cut and hair dye. In the middle of it as I type this. Current time is 10pm. It's now been 5.5 hours and still not done!!! Perhaps another hour or more before she finishes. This hairdresser is completely inept. My daughter is in tears, and wife is about to lose her mind. Do better!
Jasmin (manager) and her team are phenomenal. I first came to Chatters in February for my child, and while that visit wasn’t stellar, the conversation I had with Jasmin afterward really impressed me and gave me the confidence to give them another try. Called to book an appointment…It takes two seconds to tell someone you’re busy and to ask them to hold, you don’t need to yell “please hold” in my ear and then throw me on hold before I can speak.
