I went in for a haircut, dye, and bleach. I was in the chair for about five hours and stayed past closing time. I didn’t even get a cut or style because they were taking so long. I also went home with a chemical burn on the back of my neck and behind my ears. I will never go back. I advise you not to go—only if you want a chemical burn. Do better, Chatters.
Brought our daughter in for a simple cut and hair dye. In the middle of it as I type this. Current time is 10pm. It's now been 5.5 hours and still not done!!! Perhaps another hour or more before she finishes. This hairdresser is completely inept. My daughter is in tears, and wife is about to lose her mind. Do better!
Jasmin (manager) and her team are phenomenal. I first came to Chatters in February for my child, and while that visit wasn’t stellar, the conversation I had with Jasmin afterward really impressed me and gave me the confidence to give them another try.
