I’ll never go back to this place. How rude of the cashier to call and leave me a message on my phone asking me to come back and pay and said that I left without paying. Shame on you! Disgusting! Im so offended. I was in the store the whole time, and while being aware she’s busy tending to customers at the till, I went to use the washroom and browsed the store. Very rude.
Jerico was an angel! The scalp massage was probably the best I’ve ever had. And the cut took off so much dead weight but still giving a slimmer face shape than what shorter would have done (which i was fine with if needed!) he was able to give a better cut than what I was expecting due to past damage and officially leveled out an old undercut! 11/10!

I absolutely love my new hair colour and extensions! Casey did an amazing job and answered all questions I had and concerns since my hair is on the finer side. She is so sweet, friendly, easy to chat with, and efficient. I appreciated that she asked me throughout the process if I was doing okay and what I thought of my hair. If you are in search of a great hair dresser I highly recommend Casey she is a talented and a lovely human being :)
I was looking for someone who I could book with quickly to get my hair done for a last minute wedding. Chatters was close by so I decided I'd give them a chance, except like most I've gone to Chatters in the past and wasn't happy with being overcharged for the poor quality of work they did to my hair.
