I have been going to this salon for a few years now and have always been impressed by the talented stylists here. I had to go out of province for a while and had my hair coloured at a different salon. I was very unhappy with the results but no idea how to fix it. I made an appointment yesterday for a wash and style and perhaps come up with a plan to get it fixed up in the near future. This was my first time in a long while when I had to go to someone other than my usual hair dresser. I got a same day appointment and had Cassidy. She was so kind and such a calm person. She made me feel so much better about my nervousness to go to someone else. She did such a good job cutting my hair, it's the cutest bob I've had yet. If I ever can't go to my usual lady again, I will 100% be seeing Cassidy!
I wouldn’t normally write a review but still charging 160$ for letting walk out like the first picture with 3 different colours of hair when i asked for a root melt is disappointing, if your staff is new and dont know how to do it i would have preferred to know and would have gone somewhere else, took her 4,5 hours and i had to call the next days to get it fixed for it to look like the second picture 2 days after.. unfortunately bad experience
The first time I went to chatters I loved my hair but this past appointment I had wasn’t very great. It took 3 hours because my hair got dyed the wrong colour the first time and didn’t come out looking like the picture at all. My haircut doesn’t look anywhere near the style picture I provided as well and when I asked for adjustments they didn’t seem to eager to want to fix them… most likely will be going else where from now on!
Kristen gave me the best haircut I've had in years. She is dialled in to the details and took the time to do a great cut. After her work, my hair looks great regardless of whether I style it or just let it air dry. Thank you so much, Kristen!
