I absolutely love my new hair colour and extensions! Casey did an amazing job and answered all questions I had and concerns since my hair is on the finer side. She is so sweet, friendly, easy to chat with, and efficient. I appreciated that she asked me throughout the process if I was doing okay and what I thought of my hair. If you are in search of a great hair dresser I highly recommend Casey she is a talented and a lovely human being :)
I was looking for someone who I could book with quickly to get my hair done for a last minute wedding. Chatters was close by so I decided I'd give them a chance, except like most I've gone to Chatters in the past and wasn't happy with being overcharged for the poor quality of work they did to my hair. Horrible experience for my son Bad haircut, incompetents! We had to go to another hairdresser to have it fixed I advise you not to go there, it's a no-go!
Hairstylist are awesome!! Front desk is horrendous. If I didn’t love my hairstylist I would find another place
