I’ve had a few frustrating experiences here. A couple of times, they booked my appointment and then called to cancel, saying the hairdresser wasn’t available. When you go in, the hairdressers often seem more focused on chatting with each other than helping walk-in customers. It’s disappointing — I actually feel bad for the owner, because the staff’s attitude doesn’t reflect well on the business.

They had what I needed in stock. The cashier was polite and offered assistance, acknowledged our presence. I did ask for recommendations on a certain product. She asked a stylist who was able to give me a recommendation and it worked out well! Easy to access. Has a parking lot with free parking. Clean, newer store.

Super impressed with the stylists! My 2 daughters and I went in for cuts. My daughter's stylists were great with my girls and asked me questions on what I would prefer for them and their hair turned out amazing. My stylist was perfect!! She knew how to deal with my crazy hair and made me feel very comfortable and I trusted her entirely. Will definitely be going back!

I booked in for a long advanced haircut! I showed a couple of inspo pictures yet the cut and the style looks nowhere close to the photos! The blowout looks so bad ! It does NOT look like someone professional did it! Wouldn’t recommend spending over a 100 dollars if you don’t know a specific stylist that does you hair good!
