I’ve been to a lot of Chatters over the last 25 years and this was the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL one yet!! I came in a few minutes EARLY for my appointment and was told by the girl upfront that because of the time slot I booked there won’t be time for a shampoo! I said I will not accept a haircut without one. She was QUITE rude after that, walked away and rudely said, “Sit right here!” It made it very uncomfortable there after that! The front staff is amazing! I went in twice over the weekend. The first staff member really heard me out and gave me answers to things I didn't even realize I needed to ask about. I came back the next day and was helped by two different ladies, and they told me the exact same things—no contradictions, no mixed messages.
