I am a bit frustrated with my last appointment. I have very overgrown roots and I was trying to go a bit darker and get a more caramel tone. Rather than the very brassy yellow tone I had gone in with. I showed the stylist exactly what I wanted and we chose the darker colours and was off to a good start. She washes out the colour and quite frankly there was 0 difference maybe the tiniest amount of a difference after it was dried but no one could even tell I had gotten my hair done even myself. Everytime I come in nobody ever greets me or asks if I need help. When you DO ask them for help they look at you like you’re bothering them. They also don’t seem very educated on retail products they sell.
There is no better stylist than Lisa. She 100% knows exactly what to do. I have the most intricate foil placement, and she has the patience and skillset to result in perfect colour and highlights. Love that girl! Worth every penny every time.
I brought my boys here for haircuts because we were out of town and I didn't have my own gear (I'm a stylist). I provided the barber with specific photos- very different styles for each boy, yet they both left the salon with the exact same haircut- neither of them like either photo. One cut was so crooked I had to use my mom's sewing scissors to take off close to 2" on one side to make it even. I took a chance on an unknown salon and it turned out to be a big mistake. My boys are pretty upset to say the least.
Very bad experience!!i walked in for a haircut and they gave me this young lady who’s in experienced who cut my hair 1/2 inch and she called it a hair cut😳I told her not to be scared cutting my hair and she said I didn’t started yet for the layers and that’s like already 40mins then she started cutting again for another 35mins for like 1/2 inch hair again so I said just finished the blower and I need to go…I told the person in the the front but she said she’s been here since April???4months of experience …is that enough to ... read more
