I'm so disappointed regarding my visit to your salon a week ago. I tried to contact the customers service but I hadn't any answer. So please find here my review on my experience, which deserves less than 1 star. I came in to get curtain bangs. The hairdresser welcomed me and cut my bang in five minutes (and it wasn't even curtain bangs). I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the experience I had at your salon. I booked an appointment in advance, showed up on time, and still waited over 40 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me or offering any explanation. If you aren’t able to take your clients, why bother accepting bookings in the first place? This was my first time at Chatters, and honestly, it was the worst experience I’ve had at any salon.
