I had come in around 10am, asking if i could make an appointment to get a bleach and tone. I was told to come back at two for a consultation and possibly could squeeze me in the same day, great! So I come back and they say she can take me. This appointment for a bleach and tone on my already blonde hair, so more of a root touch up and I wanted my ends a little lighter, took until 8pm... I'm so disappointed regarding my visit to your salon a week ago. I tried to contact the customers service but I hadn't any answer. So please find here my review on my experience, which deserves less than 1 star. I came in to get curtain bangs. The hairdresser welcomed me and cut my bang in five minutes (and it wasn't even curtain bangs). She explained that the price was higher because no bangs had been previously done, so it was considered an actual haircut (not just a trim). I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the experience I had at your salon. I booked an appointment in advance, showed up on time, and still waited over 40 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me or offering any explanation. If you aren’t able to take your clients, why bother accepting bookings in the first place? This was my first time at Chatters, and honestly, it was the worst experience I’ve had at any salon.
