Natasha and Lou are colour wizards! They accommodated a last minute appointment request to fix my hair colour and it turned out so much better than I expected. So happy with my results!
Horrible hair salon. They are nice people but they aren't good with hair! I would really avoid this salon. Went for a simply hair cut and the back of my hair is shorter than the front.
I had such a wonderful experience with Bahar today! She really listened to me and made sure my haircut was just right. To get a better idea of what I wanted, she even asked her colleague Savannah for some advice. I’m so happy with the result—I got exactly what I was hoping for!
I just want to appreciate Savannah for being such a sweet and genuine stylist. She was incredibly kind, and genuinely invested throughout my appointment. She spent hours trying different techniques and truly cared about getting the result right for me. Even though my hair did not lift the way we expected, she handled the situation professionally and compassionately from start to finish. 5 stars for her kindness and patience.
The stylist was friendly but the cut was mediocre, heavy and lacked creativity. The blowdry was supposed to be straight but was a hot mess with untamed jerry curls. Needless to say I had to throw it in a pony and re do it at home. Not trying to be rude but I was not happy with the results.
