The service and communication here is terrible. I was booked for a treatment with a complete different time slot that both the text message and email confirmation had given me. Cat, the assistant manager is extremely rude and unpleasant with no solutions or apology on the matter. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
I went to the salon for a good wash and french braids because I had surgery the next day. Let me tell you Raffi gave the absolute best wash/head massage I have ever received. The lady that french braided my hair (I'm sorry beautiful I forgot your name) was so sweet and kind. The whole salon went above and beyond for me. This was my first visit but certainly not my last as I will be going to Raffi for a cut and colour as soon as I recover. Thank you for such a wonderful experience

I visited Chatters Oshawa for my 1st hair colour and highlights today. Vincent did a fantastic job while being perfectly polite and always checking with me before starting the next step. He personalised the experience to suit my specific hair type, length and thickness. My family said I look like a model with lustrous hair!!
