Hot roots :( not even close to what I wanted. Nice people but unfortunately bad work.

Marcus did an excellent job with the haircut/style. But went above and beyond when he walked me to my car with a cape to cover my hair as it was pouring rain ! So kind.
I went in asked for the ends to be cut I told her I loved the length. She cut probably 3-4 inches off. I cried and am still very upset. Would be willing to pay 80 if I got what I wanted. But not for the opposite
