I’m extremely disappointed—not only with the haircut, but with how the salon handled it afterward. I had been going to Aliya for my last four or five cuts and genuinely like her as a person. My hair is very short, but it had been five or six months since my last appointment, so she took more than an inch off. Because I had just come from the pool, I declined styling at the end. Hot roots :( not even close to what I wanted. Nice people but unfortunately bad work.
Great experience, Victoria listened and gave me the exact cut I wanted.
Marcus did an excellent job with the haircut/style. But went above and beyond when he walked me to my car with a cape to cover my hair as it was pouring rain ! So kind.
