I went to Chatters recently for a haircut with Andy. The renovations are so beautiful Andy was knowledgeable, prompt, and I loved my haircut so much. I will definitely be back to see her. :)
I'm grateful that I could get a same day appointment. I asked for a dry cut, no washing, no styling, no product. My hair is thin a few inches longer than shoulder length. They charged me $60 and I was out of the chair in 10 minutes. Does that price not seem outrageous? It felt like robbery. The receptionist told me that the price is the same whether there is a wash and a style or not. How does that make sense because a wash, a cut and a style would easily take an hour of time, vs my 10 minute dry cut. Super disappointed.
I was able to get in within the half hour of my phone call for a full head of ash blonde highlights. John did such a fantastic job of my highlights, and being attentive throughout the entire process!! I highly recommend John!
I was lucky to snag a last minute appointment and was not charged extra for it! I was cutting my own hair the night before and it ended up being mediocre at most, went to Chatters the next day and John fixed me right up! I showed him inspo pictures I found on Pinterest, asked for long layers and keep the length as much as possible and he styled my hair to a T. Lovely experience, great staff and I am happy to trust Chatters with my next hair cut.
