Zero. I waited 2 hours for a hair cut after my highlights and cut was canceled. They said they could get me in for a cut and I still waiting 2 hours after my appointment. I had hair all the way down to my lower back I asked for a trim and layers and ended up with hair at my shoulders all I asked for was layers but the only thing I lost was length. Not one layer. I came in for my first haircut in Sask today. Chelsey was absolutely amazing throughout! She kept checking to ensure I'm comfortable with the length and I left feeling like a brand new human with that hairstyle. What's more, she even gave me a handwritten list of places to check out in town! As a new resident of Sask, I was so touched. There was some issue with my gift cards not swiping through and all the girls at cash were so patient, helpful and went out of their way to help me complete my payment.
