Before opening at the new location at least they could have cleaned up the carpark first. Cars parking all over the place blocking each other in resulting in putting both the parents' and the childrens' lives in danger. This organisation puts profits before safety. Very disappointing. My kid won't get therapy from here anymore if the standards are dropping.
Our son was first diagnosed with autism at the age of 3 and he is now 19. We have been a part of the chatterbox family from the beginning. From one-on-one therapy to group programs. Every stage of the journey has been supported with care, professionalism and genuine compassion. The team at Chatterbox has played an integral role in helping him transition through each stage of his development. We are grateful to have had them by our side for all these years
My autistic child really enjoys the school holiday programs
We have been with chatterbox since our daughter was 3 years old. Now she is 19 Mel and the team have done an extraordinary job. Steph was non verbal child who attend autism school at 4 years of age. She transition over the years to main stream school with all the help of Mel and the team at chatterbox. She has made up for lost time as she is verbal.
