Chatten’s has been taking care of my hearing since 2016. Their friendliness and care has been wonderful. After we moved from Oshawa to Port Perry this is the only carer that I have not switched to Port.
Our 96-year old mom has been a client at Chatten's Better Hearing Service for numerous years. We attend visits with her and the service that she is provided by Tammy and Thaya is always professional, prompt and friendly. We are particularly grateful for their kindness and patience with mom as they attend to her hearing needs. We highly recommend Chatten's to others, without hesitation.
Brought my mom for a hearing test and ultimately she needed a hearing aid. Tammy was fantastic!!! The ultimate professional with compassion & patience. She thoroughly explained every step of the initial assessment and was excellent when it came time to fit my mom for the hearing aid. Thanks Tammy
20 mins here with Thaya and my husbands discomfort and ear wax were gone completely! We are so appreciative of the fast, compassionate and exceptional service!
I highly recommend this clinic! Tammy and Thaya were very welcoming and compassionate. They understood my mother's needs and gave us a lot of information. Tammy was very thorough, she explained the hearing process from start to finish. They genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to help their clients. It also helps knowing that this clinic has been operating for over 25 years and Canadian Owned and locally operated!
