20 years ago I came to Chattens after being referred by a friend. My previous provider left me dissatisfied with their service. At Chattens my concerns were and still are addressed in positive and friendly manner. Tammy is a knowledgeable and trusted member of my care team. Amazing progress over the years. I've been coming here for a couple years now. I must say they treat me so well. The staff is so kind and patient. They treat me like family. I can call them when I have an emergency and they'll fit me in for an appointment. I also referred my parents to Chatten's Better Hearing. My mom was happy that the hearing test was free. Love being able to hear again. Small light weight hearing aids..great service..wonderful staff. Lots of supports affordable..great life changing for me BC I feel normal again ability to hear..
This is my second pair of hearing aids and first time with Chatten’s. The experience has been excellent. Staff have been very helpful, from initial assessment, to recommending the specific hearing aids, to submitting required documentation to the insurance company. The hearing aids provided are very comfortable and effective.
