The ladies at Chattens are just fantastic! I've been coming to Chattens for at least 15 years. My latest set of aids is the best yet. I wear them all day and notice how quiet and clear they are especially playing golf with my buddies and in the car. Very very happy with the quality of service over the years.
I just had a session with Dr. Tammy, never had an ear test before. She greeted me nicely, walked me through the procedure at each stage. She made me feel at ease and I enjoyed the whole experience. My husband and and I have been coming to Chattens for over 36 years. It has changed, but the service is always the best. Staff is excellent and very pleasant, always time to chat.The new decor is gorgeous.

I've been coming here for a couple years now. I must say they treat me so well. The staff is so kind and patient. They treat me like family. I can call them when I have an emergency and they'll fit me in for an appointment. I also referred my parents to Chatten's Better Hearing. My mom was happy that the hearing test was free.
