We rented a Mercedes Sprinter van from Chattanooga Van to take our family of ten (including four children) on a trip to Pittsburgh, Pa., to watch the Steelers. We rented the van months in advance. When my husband and son picked up the van the day before our trip the van was very nasty, inside and out. My son ended up cleaning the van himself. My family and I found ourselves having car trouble on a cross country trip last week. We couldn't find a rental or flight to get home to save our lives.
