We had an amazing experience with the rental of a 12 passenger van for our family vacation. The personalized customer service has been such that we're renting the same vehicle for our upcoming trip. There is so much attention to detail and care that everything is submitted and the honesty is what really matters....there's no hidden charges or small print that out us in an awkward position. We rented a Mercedes Sprinter van from Chattanooga Van to take our family of ten (including four children) on a trip to Pittsburgh, Pa., to watch the Steelers. We rented the van months in advance. When my husband and son picked up the van the day before our trip the van was very nasty, inside and out. My son ended up cleaning the van himself.
