The customer service needs improvement. I reached out on Tuesday regarding a t-shirt design that I needed to be completed with a quick turnaround by Friday. I was informed that this could be done for an additional charge. However, on Thursday, I was told that it would not be possible. The only explanation provided by Katherine was that for it to work, she needed to start the order on Tuesday or Wednesday, but she simply did not do so. This company is unprofessional.
Stay away! This is a horrible Trump hating leftist prejudiced company.They outright refused to make me any Pro Trump shirts or hats.Everything i asked to do relating to Trump they denied.After a heated argument,i demanded an explanation on record as to why they refused me.Then they said its against copyright laws.I proved them wrong,showed them evidence what i wanted was not in any way copyrighted and was allowed to use any of the 4 different slogans i wanted.They still refused .I will not support a company trying to support... read more
