To the point, was satisfied overall with this office although wait times kept getting longer over time. But after having four biopsies done at one time 9/28/17 with two being nothing, a third they gave me some ointment to put on but did not tell me how it would disfigure my face during the process and finally cutting on the fourth. Fine except on 10/16/17 when Dr. Shaw cut on me she did the wrong place. There was no biopsy done there and in hindsight obviously best practices were not used before cutting. Dr. Shaw is rally great. Very professional, pleasant and smiling always. Does a GREAT job! Not many like her!
Great folks, great experience. Greeted with a smile that eased my mind from the beginning of the visit. Ladies answered my questions about insurance without hesitation.
