My mom went in there to look around the women that work there were very rude and acted as if she couldn’t afford the shoes. When an another customer would come in and they would immediately go help them. Never judge someone just because the color of their skin or their clothes because I just finished working out.

Every time I’ve been in Chattanooga shoe company the people working there have been very attentive and helpful. They get you what you need and answer all of your questions without being overbearing. I recently ordered from them online and in less than 24 hours it shipped and then 24 hours after that it was delivered. I was amazed by the speed and the personalized note that they took the trouble to put in the box. They also had exactly what I wanted in stock! I highly recommend them to friends regularly!
They were the only store in town (and it seems online too?) that had the shoes my wife wanted. It was a team effort, and my wife was surprised on Christmas day.
