Purchased 2 pairs of shoes online in my size; when they arrived I tried on and they were slightly too small and very uncomfortable. I called the store to inquire about an exchange and was told they did not allow exchanges because the shoes were purchased at the sales price. The representative told me to contact the store owner via email and did as instructed but never receive a a response. I’m stuck with 2 pairs of shoes I will not wear. My mom went in there to look around the women that work there were very rude and acted as if she couldn’t afford the shoes. When an another customer would come in and they would immediately go help them. Never judge someone just because the color of their skin or their clothes because I just finished working out.

I was able to find some otherwise hard to locate heels from this shop. I bought them online as a present for my mom. Fast shipping and cute personalized note. She loves them! Will shop online from them again.

Every time I’ve been in Chattanooga shoe company the people working there have been very attentive and helpful. They get you what you need and answer all of your questions without being overbearing. I recently ordered from them online and in less than 24 hours it shipped and then 24 hours after that it was delivered. I was amazed by the speed and the personalized note that they took the trouble to put in the box. They also had exactly what I wanted in stock! I highly recommend them to friends regularly!
