I was disappointed with our experience during our visit today on 6.28.26 at 1300. My daughter and I arrived a few minutes early for our appointment. Since I’m not from the area and this was our first visit, I let the staff member know we were nearby via voicemail when I sensed we may or may not arrive right at 1300 for our appointment time, lucky for us we arrived seven minutes early or so. I had a beautiful experience at Chattanooga Salt Cavern during a private sound bath session with Rachael. The space is tranquil, grounding, and thoughtfully created. Rachael has such a calming presence, and the sound bath was deeply relaxing—it felt like a full reset for both body and mind. The salt cavern itself adds such a unique tranquil and healing touch. Love this place! Everyone was so friendly and the salt cavern is the best I have seen! Very relaxing and you can feel the difference in one visit! Will definitely be back (and it is a 1 hr 45 min drive for me)!
