In response to my wife’s review below and the owners unprofessional comments back. How do you run a business without ever meeting your client to discuss? He wasn’t there at drop off, nor either time I tried to pick up and always has an excuse as to why he’s not there. He is the one who suggested 230 for pickup, not me.
