In response to my wife’s review below and the owners unprofessional comments back. How do you run a business without ever meeting your client to discuss? He wasn’t there at drop off, nor either time I tried to pick up and always has an excuse as to why he’s not there. He is the one who suggested 230 for pickup, not me. Took our boat to Dylan to have some scratches removed. Upon drop off he was supposed to give us an estimate, however he was not there. Next day, still no estimate and receive a video of work he had already completed on our boat, still no price. He says the boat is completed and we can pick up at 230. Come down at 230, he’s nowhere to be found, his helpers can’t even get ahold of him.
