Chattanooga Endeavors is on the cutting edge of criminal justice reform by working directly with persons who are incarcerated and those on the cusp of their repatriation. Chattanooga Endeavors works with newly repatriated citizens to assist and support them to be productive members of their communities.

As an intern at Chattanooga Endeavors, and assessing their training program, I witnessed the ability of former prisoners able to reunite with the community through the great program offered at CE. The success rate for employment for participants was increased greatly through the employment agency they also had available. This is a great program and was disappointed when funding was limited. Many people should welcome CE back in order to provide the needed structure for those coming back into our society.
