NANCY COGAR is simply phenomenal! My husband and I saw her last week to discuss various things such as end of life directives, and setting up trusts so that when our son eventually inherits our investments, he won’t be taxed to the max! We had contemplated doing this years ago, but assumed it would be incredibly complicated and very expensive. Nancy made everything sound so easy to do, and it wasn’t nearly as expensive as we thought it might be! We love her great attitude, super smart ideas, kindness and fantastic help!
I just can't say enough about Nancy. We needed to setup a family trust for our properties plus wills, etc... and wanted an expert in elder law. Nancy is just amazing to work with, very thorough, honest, excellent communication and new exactly what we needed. This was turn key for us. I just cant thank her enough for such a great experience. Her excellent service before and after our trust was setup has been nothing more than extraordinary. I will keep given her my business.
