In addition to the "make ready" items already done by Chattanooga Campers, we had a few minor upgrades/ repairs to finish the Lance Camper for our needs, which were completed before the purchase. Mike and Lamar seemed to be working with us. However, at pick-up time, the trailer had a tilt not seen until the stabilizers were retracted.
