My experience at Chattanooga Bodyworks was above and beyond, and, yet, not at all what I was expecting. Eric not only alleviated a huge portion of the pain I was feeling in my body, but he also proactively sought to address the cause of it all. He listened with great care to all of my explanations of pains, and never made me feel rushed to pack up and leave at the end of my session. This patience only added to my healing. Very thankful to have found this special place.

Today will be the final session of the 10 sessions series for me. Along with the weekly session itself, Eric has provided me tons of physical and mental practices to incorporate throughout my day to day. I can say that I am forming new habits that take better care of my body and I am grateful for the experience/journey we've shared over the last couple months. If you are looking for change and aren't afraid of homework, I would highly recommend.
