Rolfing appointments with Eric Maklan. I appreciate the individual attention to my specific needs. Eric is a true professional. He is addressing my many needs while taking into account my lifestyle. I would highly recommend rolfing to anyone who has not tried it!

Today will be the final session of the 10 sessions series for me. Along with the weekly session itself, Eric has provided me tons of physical and mental practices to incorporate throughout my day to day. I can say that I am forming new habits that take better care of my body and I am grateful for the experience/journey we've shared over the last couple months. If you are looking for change and aren't afraid of homework, I would highly recommend.
I had never even heard of Rolfing a few months ago - I was just willing to accept that after the age of 60 I would be less flexible, have some consistent pains and feel less energetic about doing physical activities. Eric and his associates are wonderful. I have degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis. Eric has helped me so much when my body is full of pain. I hope to find the time to get pre-pain maintenence after the holidays. Do your body good- visit Eric at Bodyworks. You wont regret it. Seriously.
