My wait time was close to nothing and Lena was so wonderful! Even though she had to check all the insurance boxes and do all the notes, she still made time to engage with me in a very professional, yet caring level. Thank you to the girls upfront, including the one that gave me my allergy shot too! Y’all function as a well oiled machine!
On my first appointment, I spent approximately three hours in the office. They reviewed my medical history, as expected. I agreed to be tested to find out what daily things I was allergic to. Again, as expected that was time-consuming. The woman doing the testing was very pleasant and apologetic for all the little pin pricks. When the doctor entered the room, she sat down, we reviewed my recent Hospital stay (Due to a severe angioedema attack.)
