Staff is very friendly. Manager offered to open the bookstore early one morning just so I could get something I needed for my class and was very friendly about it.
They don't allow the user of Financial Aid to buy shirts and pants. They over charge for coffee and snacks. They are rude when you walk in. No greetings or offer to help you find anything.
