I just purchased a new Breakout from here and the staff there was top notch. I did not have the ability to bring my trade in so they came to my house and picked it up. Unfortunately the bike had some minor damage but they were still fair on the trade in deal. Once the new bike was purchased they delivered it to my house and did a complete walk around on the bike. Can can you please fix my bike it's been in there for 4 months . I was told 3 weeks ago it was on the books to be started on Tuesday. Called today and it hasn't been touched.. do I need to come pick it up and take it to someone who can fix it? I'm tired of the run around.
